What you are not allowed to do

Use of Copyright Material
All material published on our websites is owned or provided under licence by Kalkine. Content in the free e-letters may be republished only if you acknowledge the e-letter as the source and provide a link to its dedicated website. Content in our paid subscriptions is not to be reproduced, forwarded, or disclosed without our prior written permission.
Access to Information
Users will only have access to the services they are subscribed to. For paid services, only a paying member has access to the subscriber-only section of the websites and emails. Subscribers must not reveal any username(s) or password(s) or forward paid services emails to any third party. The free e-letters can be viewed on their dedicated websites or subscribed to by email.
User Identification and password
Access to kalkine.com.au is granted by use of a valid Password.
You agree to:
Treat it as confidential;
Not disclose it to any third person;
Comply with these Terms and Conditions of use;
Not interfere with or disrupt other users of kalkine.com.au or subscribers to the various products available via kalkine.com.au, nor any of Kalkine's services or equipment (including by way of viruses) and must not manipulate any of the information or data.
Kalkine reserves the right to amend the Password and other security procedures for access to kalkine.com.au at any time.
In the absence of notice from you that the confidentiality of your User Identification and Password has been compromised, Kalkine will be entitled to construe all activity on kalkine.com.au using that Password as being for and on behalf of you and you agree to pay all Fees so incurred and to take responsibility for all actions of persons using your Password.

Kalkine has the right to investigate any breach or complaint about a violation of these terms and conditions. Kalkine will take any necessary action to protect itself and may report any unlawful activity to the relevant legal authorities.
Refund Policy and Pricing
We can review and alter our prices for any subscription period at any time. You will not be entitled to any refund of subscription fees if you decide to cancel your subscription during the subscription period (after the applicable 14 days money back guarantee). Each subscription period must be paid in full prior to starting the subscription period. We will cancel your subscription if the subscription period is not paid in advance or if you give us written notice that you wish to cancel within 14 days of taking out your subscription. We think Kalkine Reports are great, but understand that it may not be the right stock market subscription for you. There is a 14 day money back guarantee for new subscribers to the Kalkine reports. Kalkine offers a 100% money back guarantee on subscriptions within 14 days of taking out a membership. This money back guarantee is only for new subscribers and not applicable to past or existing subscribers. The marking on the post (sent for the cancellation confirmation) must be within 14 days from the date of subscription being taken. Subscription refunds are strictly not allowed after 14 days from the subscription payment. Cancellations must be notified in writing and posted to:P.O. Box H38, Australia Square, NSW 1215.
Staff Trading Policy
We do our utmost to avoid conflicts of interest with subscribers. We therefore impose restrictions on staff trading and require disclosure of staff holdings. Trading restrictions are as follows.
Approval for all staff trades is to be obtained from one of Kalkine Pty Ltd's responsible managers or the compliance manager. Approval is at the complete discretion of the responsible manager or the compliance manager.
Where a recommendation changes, staff will not be permitted to trade for one day either side of publication. This means the day of online publication, and the day after.
Staff must not trade against a buy or sell recommendation. Approval to trade against a buy or sell recommendation will only be granted in exceptional circumstances.
Staff must hold all stocks for at least one month. Approval to sell within one month will only be granted in exceptional circumstances.
Limitations to Kalkine
To use your Kalkine membership you require a computer with access to the internet.
The quality and availability of Kalkine reports may sometimes be affected or disrupted by factors outside of our control. Such factors can include interruptions to internet services suffered by Kalkine, you or other communications carriage service providers through which Kalkine is hosted, accessed or administered, lack of capacity and faults in other telecommunications networks to which Kalkine is connected.
We may change or withdraw some or part of the Kalkine service from time to time. This may be because of changing laws, government policy, technologies, obsolescence, new or different product features or functionality, changing content providers and the need to remove, replace or modify content.
Kalkine’s Account Managers are available between 9am and 5pm (Sydney time) on normal business days by calling 02 8667 3147 or contacting us. Please understand that, at times, our Account Managers may experience a larger than usual influx of phone calls and emails. In this case it may take up to 24 hours to respond to you. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience. To ensure fairness, we will answer your emails and phone calls in the order we receive them.
Kalkine’s Account Managers are not able to provide financial advice. All information provided by our Account Managers is general in nature and does not take into account your personal financial circumstances. Before acting upon any of the information provided, you should always consider its appropriateness in light of your objectives, financial situation and needs and seek professional financial advice. Kalkine’s Account Managers will endeavour to answer all your questions, however please understand they are not computer experts, so may not be able to help you with computer-specific related questions. Kalkine reserves the right to record any telephone calls to or from its Account Managers and to use the information recorded and any emails sent and received by its Account Managers for training and member research purposes.
Breaching the Terms and Conditions
Any subscriber or website user found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions may have their subscription or website access suspended, amended or cancelled. We reserve our right to take whatever action is available to us under the law.
We reserve the right to cancel any subscription at any time, for any reason, regardless of whether a breach of these terms and conditions has occurred.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We may change all or part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we do, the new Terms and Conditions will be posted on our websites. Your subsequent or continued use of this website and/or receipt of our emails will constitute your acceptance of any changes. As you are bound by these Terms and Conditions, we recommend that you periodically refer to them.
