Mustang Resources Limited, formerly OGI Group Ltd, is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in diamond and graphite exploration and mining in Mozambique. The Company's Save River Diamonds Project is located in southern Mozambique, next to the border with Zimbabwe. The Company owns interest in two diamond exploration licenses in Mozambique at Save River Diamonds Project: 4525L, which covers an area of approximately 24 square kilometers, and 4969L, which covers an area of approximately 220 square kilometers. The concessions are situated downstream from the diamond mines at Murowa Masvingo and Marange in Zimbabwe. The Company's Balama Graphite Project consists of six tenements in the Balama graphite province of Cabo Delgado in Mozambique, which are 4661L, 4662L, 5873L, 6527L, 6636L and 6678L. The licenses collectively cover an area of approximately 670 square kilometers.
