Sino Gas & Energy Holdings Limited (SEH)
Sino Gas & Energy Holdings Limited (Sino Gas) is an Australian energy company focused on developing unconventional gas assets in China. Sino Gas holds a 49% joint venture interest in Sino Gas & Energy Limited (SGE) through a partnership with MIE Holdings Corporation (MIE), which is the operator of the Linxing and Sanjiaobei Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs) in the Ordos Basin, Shanxi province. SGE has a 64.75% interest in the Linxing PSC, partnered with CUCBM, a subsidiary of CNOOC, and a 49% interest in the Sanjiaobei PSC, partnered with PetroChina CBM, a subsidiary of CNPC. The PSCs are located in the Ordos Basin in China and cover an area of approximately 3,000 square kilometers (km2). Sino Gas holds a 31.7% working interest in the Linxing PSC and a 24% working interest in the Sanjiaobei PSC. The Linxing PSC is split into Linxing East (1,301 km2) and Linxing West (573 km2). Sanjiaobei covers 1,123.93 km2.
